Established in the year 1995

In the beginning years of MMP Group; the focus of Mr. Magan Patel was into agriculture sector of Uganda; especially the cotton and other oil seed cultivation, in which he saw tremendous potential for scalability and sustainable growth. Due to this; soon after the inception of Nile Agro; Mr. Patel kept on expanding the production capacities of Nile Agro Industries Limited and also kept on adding more and more products to its basket and also kept on endeavoring in various medium scale cotton ginning facilities at various cotton growing regions across Uganda.

Soon after making MMP Group a known name in the edible oil and cotton ginning industries; Mr. Patel saw an opportunity in the sugar production and sugarcane cultivation and got into the sugar manufacturing as well as sugarcane cultivation in various regions of Uganda.

Due to the enterprising nature and the sense of doing something great for the country and its people; MMP group kept on endeavoring into more and more industries spread across more than 15 sectors such as foods, metals, chemicals, plastics, batteries, power, automobiles, textile and many more and kept on creating hundreds and thousands of jobs for Ugandans as well as kept on helping them to improve their earnings and lifestyle.
